Saras was a pleasure to work with from start to finish.  From our first conversation she was easy to speak to, explained technical things in simple ways for me to understand and quickly identified the appropriate scope of work for our website-design project.  It was a bit challenging since we had lost access and been hacked.  She promptly regained control, restored access and cleaned everything up so that we could still utilize our existing 20+ year old platform without starting all over from scratch.  She then simplified, modernized and secured our website – we could not be happier with the results.
