I had previously designed a website for  Donald Rocha when he stood for elections for Councilmember, District 9, San Jose in 2009!  He recently contacted me because after successfully serving as a Councilmember, he is now declaring intent to run for the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors District 4.  He needed a  basic website setup at this point in time to begin fundraising. The site will grow and improve as the elections come closer.
